COA - New Decisions

The Court of Appeals announced new decisions today:

  • People v. Abney (Ct. App. 10/27/2009) (Read, J.) - expert testimony on eyewitness reliability
  • People v. D'Alessandro (Ct. App. 10/27/2009 (Lippman, C.J.) - Appellate Division incorrectly decided defendant's subsequent coram nobis application as a motion for reargument of the original application.  Reversed and remanded for determination on the merits.
